1. On your mobile phone, open your App store and download the Okta Verify app.
Contractors now use a Team Member ID (Sxxxxx)
- In the username field enter your team member ID and associated password
If you are unable to login on the external site after attempting the `Forgot your password` process or the `First time user` process cannot be completed, please contact the Technology Service Desk team.
3. When the QR code appears on your computer screen, open the Okta Verify App on your phone and allow Notifications and Camera access.
4. Scan the barcode shown on your computer screen to add your account and register your phone.
5. The Okta Verify app on your phone will now show your team member number and a six digit authentication code, which means you have successfully registered your device.
You are now ready to use Okta verify!
